PayPal Electronic Payment:
We can ship your order more quickly if you pay us through PayPal, a great way for individuals and small businesses to send and receive money online. You can use a major credit card or bank account to transfer money through PayPal. Click on the PayPal logo below and enter the total invoice, including shipping, and send to our account name: paypal@thaiam.com. . If you do not have a PayPal account yet it is easy to get started and make payments right away.

Terms and Conditions

No minimum order.

All orders are shipped on receipt of payment. Allow 5 - 7 business days for checks to clear. Orders paid for through PayPal or money order are usually shipped the same day.

Shipping on orders outside the Continential US is extra.

Wholesale Information

ThaiAm offers all of its products at wholesale prices. These wholesale prices are only available to retailers who provide a valid/current tax ID number/resale license or tax exemption form. For states that do not require these documents, a current business name registration issued by that state and a local business permit are requested.

Terms and Conditions
First time orders are a minimum of $200.00. Subsequent orders have a minimum of $100.00.

Since all items are handcrafted, please allow sufficient time when placing orders.

Shipping on orders outside the Continential US is extra.

Special Orders

Delivery date depends on the size of the order, but we generally require 30 days following the receipt of a 50% deposit.

Returns/Exchanges:

Any items returned must be sent back to ThaiAm within 15 business days. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee (25% of the dollar amount of the returned merchandise). All products must be in the same condition it was in when sent to you. Exchanges are available up to 15 days, as long as items are in saleable condition.
